The newly constructed building will be developed in an innovative city quarter in close vicinity of the main station.
Matteo Ghedini, CEO of Brera Serviced Apartments, said: "I am very much looking forward to open our first property of this size and guarantee that my Italian design approach will be converted 100 per cent. Already the first interior proposals convinced me right away."
The property will provide 111 apartments of between 20 and 42 square metres as well as a community area overlooking Ulm. The opening is expected to be mid-2020.
Brera Serviced Apartments was founded in 2013 and has three properties in operation with a total of 140 apartments in Frankfurt, Munich and Nuremberg, as well as a property with 50 apartments to open in Leipzig in 2019.
Brera is a sponsor of next month's Serviced Apartment Summit Europe in London.
