Italian studio Pierattelli Architetture designed the project, which is located near Fortezza da Basso, "far from mass tourism but just a short distance from the city centre".
The space - of more than 1,000 square metres - comprises 11 apartments set inside a neoclassical building, whose interior was completely reinterpreted, "creating a spatial subdivision aimed at maximum functionality and the exploitation of all usable space".
The 11 apartments, divided between one-, two- and three-bedroom units - are all equipped with a kitchen and living area. Rooms have a clean, linear design featuring light tones; warm woods, such as canaletto walnut; and "sharp, resolute touches of colour such as emerald green and electric blue".
