Maxxton will provide the core reservation and property management system for Novasol, offering added benefits such as the management of private owner contracts, integrated accounting, API connectivity, housekeeping, maintenance management and more. 

With 60 offices in 18 European countries, and more than 1800 employees working for the company, Novasol Group has 47,000 holiday homes in 29 countries, under the Novasol, Happy Home, Dansommer, Ardennes Etape and Friendly Rentals brands. It provides accommodation every year to more than two million holidaymakers.

Maxxton says the announcement comes after a thorough design phase, whose objective was to plan the delicate passage between the group's proprietary core reservations system and the new system powered by Maxxton.
