The property features 65 contemporary residences in one- and two-bedroom configurations, some with balconies. Each has an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining room, while amenities include laundry facilities, complimentary WiFi, and a grocery delivery.
Leisure facilities include a 22-metre heated indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna and fitness centre.
Guests will also have access to AVANI's signature 'Forget Me Not' amenities, which include yoga mats, GHD hair straighteners, international power adaptors, and sewing and dental kits.
