National Corporate Housing completes acquisition of West London Apartments

UK: National Corporate Housing has completed the purchase of West London Apartments for an undisclosed sum.

West London Apartments was founded in 2008 by Nader Khan and Geoff Owen, with apartments in Uxbridge, and expanded to locations in Ealing, Chiswick, and Brentford.

NCH says "West London Apartments offers the highest quality serviced apartments in the United Kingdom, ranging from one-bedroom apartments to luxurious penthouses in the most sought-after areas of West London".

Tom Meertens, COO overseeing Europe, the Middle East, and Africa for National Corporate Housing, said: “Acquiring West London Apartments made sense for us for a number of reasons. With their high-touch service model and their attention to product quality, incorporating their offerings into our own was a seamless transition. We are honoured to be a part of West London’s future growth and thrilled to be able to better service our clients’ needs in the UK.”

Meertens joined National in November last year from Oakwood, where he was managing director, EMEA.

Tom Atchison, CEO of National Corporate Housing, said: “The acquisition of West London Apartments reinforces National's commitment to servicing its domestic and international clients with high-touch service and right-sized solutions. Since bringing Tom Meertens on board, we’ve continued to execute on our aggressive growth plans in EMEA. Bringing West London Apartments onboard is an important step for us as we expand our footprint and further our service offering in the market. We are delighted to have found a partner whose values and operations so closely match our own.”
