Staybridge Suites teams up with TV chef in the UK

Staybridge Suites has teamed up with chef Matt Tebbutt “to offer guests a taste of home while on the road”.

Tebbutt appears regularly on Channel 4's Food Unwrapped and Drop Down Menu, the BBC's Saturday Kitchen and the Good Food channel's Market Kitchen.

Staybridge Suites says: "75 per cent of Brits tend to overindulge when they're away from home, with the majority wishing they could eat more home cooked meals while travelling. We've worked with Matt Tebbutt to create three home-style recipes that can be recreated in the fully-equipped kitchens available in every hotel suite."

"Matt is well known for creating wholesome, comfort meals - perfect for those missing a taste of home during their travels," it continues. "Guests can try out a selection of recipes including a healthier Fish and Chips, a unique twist on a traditional Spaghetti Bolognese, and a mouth-watering pasta dish with poached chicken and a tarragon dressing. There's also a variation of the recipes for vegetarians."

Tebbutt's recipes will be available for guests to use at their own leisure during their stay at Staybridge Suites. IHG's extended stay brand has seven UK properties, in London, Manchester, Birmingham, Liverpool and Newcastle.

Staybridge Suites is a sponsor of the 2018 Serviced Apartment Summit Europe which takes place in London this week.

Recharge for us was that gathering of highly skilled professional individuals...and a true opportunity to spend 24-48 hours with these guys, build relationships, build a true understanding of how the different sectors within this hospitality world operate. From my perspective...in terms of the coliving, student accommodation and apartment-orientated industries, it was a really good opportunity to learn how those verticals operate, and how perhaps what we do as an organisation can be referenced within that particular vertical.”
