Monetising the guest or tenant journey

Hosted by Matthew Prosser and Paul Finch of Agilysys.

Rather than looking solely at income streams from the space in assets, how can owners, developers and operators think about additional revenue streams from their end users, and what is the role of technology in enabling these new revenue streams?

The attendees will be split in to five groups and each given a fictional asset in Porto. Their role will be to devise a series of extra revenue streams generated from the end user of each asset.

The assets will be:
• A boutique hotel
• A student accommodation building
• A serviced apartment building with ground floor workspace
• An apartment block used for vacation rentals
• A coliving building
