Dave Cordner is the founder of Central Belfast Apartments, the biggest serviced accommodation management company in Northern Ireland, managing a property portfolio of more than 70 properties worth over £10 million. Dave has been involved in serviced apartments for 15 years and has built up considerable expertise in this time, hosting tens of thousands of guests and working with brands such as BBC, Netflix and BT.
In 2022 Central Belfast Apartments won Best Serviced Apartment Operator at the Serviced Apartment Awards and Northern Ireland’s Leading Serviced Apartments at the World Travel Awards. Dave has led Central Belfast Apartments to number one on TripAdvisor and in 2020 and 2022 the company won a TripAdvisor Travellers’ Choice Award, putting them in the top 10% of hotels worldwide.
He and Central Belfast Apartments have been featured regularly in the media, from tourism bodies like Tourism Ireland and Visit Belfast to newspapers and digital publications. Dave shares his considerable expertise on a daily basis through his various social platforms. He also offers coaching programmes for those who want to accelerate their SA businesses.
