Fátima Santos, mother of a 13-year-old boy, is the Director of the Municipal Department of Tourism and Internationalization at Porto City Council, where she leads with empathy and a human-centered approach. With a background in Law, complemented by postgraduate studies and training in Luxury Marketing, she blends expertise and creativity to elevate Porto’s global presence. A former General Secretary of the Portuguese Jewellery Association, she excels in fostering collaboration and inspiring teams. Among her achievements is the "Yours Truly, Porto" project, promoting sustainable tourism through storytelling, preserving Porto’s authenticity while showcasing its sophistication and internationally recognized quality of life.
